INGOT SLICING
Achieves productivity improvement of various ingot slicing processes.
We offer the optimum products in the ingot slicing processes such as two-component type epoxy adhesive with strong adhesion for mono/ multi-crystal silicon, compound, and oxide ingots, or resin made slicing beam for holding ingot which does not contaminate workpiece or grinding fluid.
W, Q, U, B BOND
Two-component type epoxy adhesives for slicing ingots or blocks. They are removable by hot water. Many types such as quick cure type and strong adhesion type are available for your process. Mixing ratio of resin and hardener is 1:1 or 2:1.
SUNBEAM (Resin type slicing beam)
The dedicated resin made carrier that replaces carbon as a slicing beam for wire saw process. No need to use glass carrier for insulation. Good adhesion suitability with our epoxy adhesives.
SOLBLUE B
SOLBLUE B is a remover /stripper of epoxy resin which is usually hard to remove, and can remove the resin by making it swell in swollen state. It can be used by heating due to the properties of less toxic and higher flash point than conventional remover/ stripper.
NIKKAEPORUN N
For removing epoxy adhesives, solvent type removers which make hardened adhesives swell are recommended. Removing can be done very quickly compared with hot water removal. It is a semi-aqueous release agent using solvents of higher flash point, so that it is possible to reduce the risk of ignition compared to solvent-based release agents.
NS-COOLANT Series
Lubricant NS-COOLANT Y and SL-1 are good for diamond slurry. NS-COOLANT AD-NA and CS-5 are weak alkalescent types without dissolving our ADFIX and SHIFTWAX used in OD blade cutting process.
ADFIX Series
Has strong adhesion. Good for small materials cutting. Less cloggings during cutting, so that provides stable fine result for high load cutting. Cleaning can be done by alkaline detergents or alcohols. Since main ingredients are heat-hardening resin, good stable effect can be attained by controlling heating temperature and working time.
DEVEL
Strong cleaning power is suitable for removing our ADFIX and SHIFTWAX as well as greases and contaminations on polishing plate. Less foaming type, DEVEL A, is also available.
RUNGEL F
Less metal-etching cleaner. Due to the antirust effet, good for wax cleaning in magnetic material process.
NORMAL A
By it's strong surfactant effect, good for removing greases, abrasives and waxes well.
EMUNIKKA
Removes oil by strong emulsifying effect. EMUNIKKA #2 is weak alkali type and used at room temperature. EMUNIKKA #55 is strong alkali type and used by heating. #55 is good for cleaning our ADFIX as well.
